PARKING – In addition to the lot next to the church, there are two smaller lots across the street from the church where you can park. If those are also full, there is another church-owned lot a block away at 11th and Mifflin.

DRESS – Sunday worship is “come as you are.” You will see some who like to dress up in a suit or dress, while others wear jeans and T-shirts (and everything in between). We try to focus more on what’s inside. Please don’t be concerned about what you have to wear. It’s all good.

MUSIC – We value multiple styles of music. There is typically a set of 3 or 4 contemporary choruses with a full band (guitars, drums, etc.), and later, a hymn before and after the message. On occasion we’ll throw in something with a southern flair just for fun.

PREACHING – Pastor James’ messages have been described as interesting, deep, challenging, convicting yet grace-filled. Usually some humor, always true to Scripture. The New International Version of the Bible is used.

FRIENDLINESS – No one will tell you that you’re sitting in “their seat.” Unless you sneak in late and out early, you’ll find at least a few friendly faces looking your way. If you have any other questions about what to expect, please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask.
